The views from the floor to ceiling windows were futuristic and amazing. The historic location and amazing facade added to the overall charm. The bed was comfortable, providing a restful night's sleep. The pool was tastefully decorated and perfect for swimming laps. The bar area was fine, with beautiful materials and furnishings. the in-house parking was convenient and the location couldn't be better.

I had an very nice stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, light, and had a marvelous view over the city and the harbor. The cleanliness was perfect, and the huge bathroom was a bonus. The location is excellent, awesome for easy walks along the Speicherstadt or the harbor. the hotel facilities were great, including access to the Elbphilharmonie Plaza and the main concert hall. The staff were also very attentive and caring.

This hotel offers exceptional luxury amenities. the spa and wellness center, swimming pool, sauna, and treatment rooms were top, notch. the massage and beauty treatments were relaxing and rejuvenating. the heated swimming pool and sun loungers were very comfortable. the restaurant served delicious special diet menus with in, room breakfast. the staff was friendly, professional, and accommodating, meeting all of our exclusive requirements. We felt pampered and indulged with private facilities and special room advantages.
The only minor issue we faced was a delay with the in, room snack bar service. We had to make a few phone calls to get it sorted, which could have been avoided with more efficient communication.
